Hacking Update prompt on custom GBA CIA

I was making some custom GBA CIAs' today and just installed them to my system, however one of them seems a little bit odd, hovering over it on the home menu produces the text telling me that there's an update available for the game, this might be due to the title ID I gave the CIA but if it isn't I've got no idea what's happening. (The title ID i gave the CIA was 1695, the title ID for Pokémon FireRed which is what the CIA is).

According to http://3dsdb.com/ that matches Rodea the Sky Soldier EUR, so maybe the system thinks you've got that installed? What's the full title ID of the CIA you made?
