Hacking Update from 4.01 to 4.07?

There is an offer for Assassins Creed The Ezio Trilogy.
Unfortunately this games requires firmware 4.07,but i have 4.01.

should i update or wait until something arrives (homebrew etc.) ?

im on 4.50
should i update so i can keep using netflix/hulu??
or stay on an outdated firmware so i can potentially run homebrew on my ps4...

according to the scene there are kernal exploits for 4.5x however unreleased.
i also just paid for a psn subscriptio for a whole year a month or 2 ago.

whats your opinion??
i ran backups on my ps3 back in the day and found it to be cool...

ok,got it...
i will wait and buy stuff for my xbox one... this on latest firmware and i dont want to use homebrew on it (in ten years )
