Hacking Update files on 3DS ROMS/CIA's.....

Well, since 3DS ROMS contain update data and 3DS ROMS can be converted to CIA.....

..... Has anyone tried to modify a 3DS ROM/CIA so that the update data is modified to say a 9.8 update so that updating an emuNAND/sysNAND would be easier and faster? Would this even be possible?

I looked EVERYWHERE for this, and yeah, it's possible, just use the update and header in the .3DS rom to create a CIA using the update!
