I think you missed my point completely. Let me try making it more simple: What if I want to play a game that isn't available in my country, requires a fan made patch, and is no longer in print? Or how am I supposed to play a game that's not on the VC? Should I pay 150+ dollars for a system and the game, even though my money won't be going back to the company that made it? Instead of doing what the WB Church does and just telling me I go to hell, maybe address my points?

Actually I'm thinking that the 5.3.0 update isn't in the disk either. I believe on IGN or something, they commented about even though they have the game and all amiibos early they "couldn't use them yet". But this is just guessing of course and just taking from what they said before or maybe I misheard. Either way this is going to be interesting to watch how this all works.

Yep, game has 5.1.2. on the disc, I'm on 5.2.0 anyways, so it didn't affect me. Only thing is I can't go online for a while yet, that, and the online's being swamped by new users lol.

Actually, game updated me to 5.2.0, so 5.2.0 is on the disk. Still not 5.3.0, so all is good.

I'm on 5.3.0 because I want to play my copy of SSB when it arrives in the post! also when Toad comes out in January. I'm just hopping on the WiiKeyU or Cobra ODE to be released for it now cause I'm stuffed as far as homebrew is concerned, sad times for me!

Uh...well, uh, the game didn't have 5.3.0 on it AFAIK....but to be honest, I'm tempted to update to 5.3.0 myself, don't know why. I hope we get a way to spoof the firmware soon...
