Hacking Update 3.0 to 3.2

Hi.

Is it possible to upgrade my wii firmware 3.0E to 3.2E?

I have downgraded it from to 3.4 to 3.0, but now I want to upgrade it to the 3.2E firmware.

"Downgrade" again, the cIOS downgrader. Just pick 3.2E, or AnyRegionChanger goes to 3.2 also.

Or Mario Kart Wii, it has 3.2.

anyregion changer cause mario kart and SSB only contain 3.1 firmware

yeh use ARC, worked like a dream for me, took around 10 mins to download and install the files needed

I just need to run the AnyRegionChanger and choose the 3.2E?
Don't I have to install more things, like I did on the downgrade process(or those things remain installed)?
