As usual, please just read the thread, this has been answered many times before, even in the OP.I updated my New3ds XL yesterday to 11.0 and I can get into Homebrew launcher through Bootmanager but on my emunand the homebrew launcher cia now fails. anyone know how i fix this please![]()
It doesn't work on 11.0 (unless you're on CFW).
This has been answered a number of times, please just read through the thread.
There may be a fix for OoThax sometime soon, or there might not be.
another question does nintendo block new 3ds games from running on old firmware??
i know sony did it, to the point a new game wouldn't work if you were not on the latest firmware
sorry man just needed clarification
thanks though
looks like i need to buy another 3ds which i can use to play on latest fw, keep the current one for homebrew purposes.

does ntr work on 11.0 arm9loader hax
I suppose you can use decrypt9 payload on boot (thanks to a9lh). So try to restore your sysnand with it.I have a N3DS(A9LH, 10.7Sys/9.2Emu), and I mistakenly updated N3DS Sysnand to 11.0 when I was on GW Sysnand Mode. Now I get a black screen on boot. Is there any way to repair my N3DS?
but will ntr work with games that require 11.0 plus in the futureOr you could just downgrade and install cfw. Then you could be on the latest fw and keep homebrew.
Yes, but you will need the NTR firmware.bin. If you are on Luma then check the Luma wiki (installation and upgrade section) for where to download it.
I renamed decrypt9 to arm9loaderhax.bin and put it on the root of my SD card, but it doesn't launch on boot... that means my 3DS is hardbricked?I suppose you can use decrypt9 payload on boot (thanks to a9lh). So try to restore your sysnand with it.
If your N3DS is hardbricked (firm partition corrupted)->hardmod to restore your sysnand backup...
Its a confusion to say the least but still makes sense, if it went from 1.9 to 1.10 it just means they went to v1 stable build release 10, or something of that nature. Then the creators of Minecraft clearly don't understand the decimal point system (which is pretty worrying for a software development firm...). The next release should be 1.9x, not 1.1x
Anyway this is totally off topic!
how long will it take for a 3ds out of the box to have 11.0
but will ntr work with games that require 11.0 plus in the future
Is there anywhere I can watch the stream now that it's over?https://www.twitch.tv/smealum
He's livestreaming fixing ninjhax on 11.0 so this is relevant to the topic hopefully. ;p

What fork of a9lh have you installed? (with or without screen init?). If you have installed the latest a9lh, try to remove the sd card, and power on the 3ds. If the console shutdowns, that means you have still a9lh, else... it's possibly a hardbrick...I renamed decrypt9 to arm9loaderhax.bin and put it on the root of my SD card, but it doesn't launch on boot... that means my 3DS is hardbricked?
Maybe the only solution is hardmod? (Fortunately I have a Sysnand backup...)
New updates really get people's attention, don't they?WOW, in one night from page 14 to page 17! This thread is going FAST!
