N3DS_U_25600_usa_9221.bin is the name of the file... do I have to open it with HXD because changing the name to the latest update will not work... (sorry for being a noob... not used to making my own firmware payloads)

Also what is the toggle for, for the installeda9lh file? I read it on the AuReiNAND thread but it didn't say anything about it stopping updates from patching the firm0 and firm1. It said something else about 3dsx files loading and being treated like a9lh.
