Well, I know I'm looking forward to the old-school compilations; Atari 2600 and Intellivision Lives.
I'm assuming I'll like the Batman and Spiderman games.
I'll take a look at the new FF and GS games, but for some reason, I just can't get into RPG's anymore.
That Duke Nukem game sounds like it may be fun.
SW Forced Unleashed II might be interesting.
Tron could be good.
Sonic Colors
Beyond that.....I don't know. A lot of games SOUND like they might be good, but then they come out and they suck. There could be others that get released that will surprise me. I just check them out as they get dumped, keep the ones I like, delete the ones I don't.
I think we may be in for a lot of cancellations on the DS once the 3DS launches. I mean, they LOOK to be supporting the DS as if the 3DS doesn't even exist, but we all know as soon as the 3DS gets released, the regular DS support will drop off sharply not long after. Unless Ninty plans the 3DS to have a $300+ price tag, I don't see how it could fail. So anything supposedly coming for the regular DS will be based on how well the 3DS sells. After a certain point, no developers will care about the regular DS anymore, especially when they can secure their games better against piracy on the 3DS. So I take all supposed future releases on the regular DS with a grain of salt now. To be honest, I'll be surprised if the Atari 2600 Volume 2 compilation ever actually gets released.
I know if I was a game developer, I certainly wouldn't bother with the regular DS anymore......too much piracy. I'd either make DSi-only games, or start developing for the 3DS, just to screw the pirates. To be honest, I'm surprised that hasn't already happened.
