Hacking Unlocks in Black Ops 2?

Hey guys. Is it possible to gain all the unlocks in Black Ops II?

There was some info here regarding it in the following threads, but seems it has been taken down for copyright violation and to prevent hacking in-game.

I don't want to use "cheats" I just wanna get all the unlocks / level ups

yes, i want multiplayer unlocks. it is possible, just don't know how. some youtube kid charges money for really shady "mod injector" to do it but was hoping to not install unknown programs on my pc...
