If so its grossly outdated and doesn't work on ofw 10+ (at least I think its ofw 10)
There is an updated payload somewhere. I saw it the other day but can't remember where. Either way, you can use tinfoil to setup incognito or use atmosphere's version (which is just a config file)

use https://github.com/mistervampi/Incognito_RCM/releases this have support for 13.0.0 remember you have to dump your keys BEFORE running the payload, for that run https://github.com/shchmue/Lockpick_RCM/releases
