Universal updater crash on opening

The universal updater is there, but it shows that it isn't. It's weird because I can open it, but once I do, it crashes saying:
An error occurred (ErrDisp)

Error type: card removed

The card was removed.

What should I do?

When I open FBI, and choose titles, it does the same thing after around
1-1½ seconds.

Check sd card.

Your sd card might be acting up. Back up your data somewhere safe, and check the sd card for errors with h2testw, to make sure it's not faulty or dying. Empty it completely before doing the test.

It looks like your SD card is acting up so you need a computer to test it.

I just figured something out -_-
Most likely, my sd card is corrupted and need to buy a new one.

I tried it and it works now.
