You can just rename them, assuming they aren't from some really old flashcart that didn't use 512KB saves.
so just rename them?! "wow, that was easy."
im using ysmenu as an .nds file on wood r4: flashcart, r4

Thanks!

you could edit the ysmenu.ini into reading .nds.sav you know

Oh man. I converted all my Supercard DSOne save files the other day to AKAIO save files by hand. Took forever. Thank God it worked... Now this program is going to make my life a lot easier!

Supercard DSONE saves shouldn't need converting ...
Unless you have AKAIO set to use .nds.sav

Why is there acekard 2, 2i, RPG and akaio in separate options? they should just be combined and let the user choose between .sav and .nds.sav. there's no difference in the structure, just renamed

Just a suggestion though

Very cool. This will come in handy for my latest guide.

BTW, Is there an offline MAC OSX/LINUX equivalent some where out on the tubes?

I actually did that intentionally so it would be easier to find (especially for newbies), rather than a single option "Acekard 2 | Acekard 2i | AKAIO | CycloDS | EDGE | iEDGE | M3 Simply | NinjaDS | R4 | Top Toy DS | M3i Zero ..."

It used to be similer to the above, and still is for Shuny's converter.

As for extensions, just set up AKAIO to use .sav instead of .nds.sav
QUOTE(elixirdream @ May 14 2010, 07:43 AM) Unique Geek,

I had to convert them because with the Supercard, they're named weird like 4061 - ~DHAIW.SAV. AKAIO doesn't read the save file if it's saved like that.

what does the AKAIO GBA/Raw thing mean? is it something to do with the 3-in-1 thing AKAIO apparently has compatibility with?

akaio native 3in1 support adds a 16 byte header and pc emulators and gba exploader can not use those save files without stripping out that header.
