Hacking Uninstalled IOS60 from system menu 4.0. Options?

If you wait until a Game Disc is released with a higher update than what you already have you could boot into the rescue menu and update. Might fix the problem or atleast get your wii booting up again. But who know when a Game Disc with a higher update will be relaesed, could be months!

If these Wiis where ISO60 was deleted... If they had installed BootMii in boot2, and had a full NAND backup, would bootmii still have been able to boot and could they have restored the NAND (and unbricked)?

As long as you have it installed as boot2 (which can't be done by everyone), then you should still be able to recover from even this as boot2 still boots up before that ios is needed. This kind of brick should easily be avoidable though as you should under no circumstances be deleting your IOS's in the first place, and ESPECIALLY not the ones your system menu uses.
