Is there a guide to returning a SX switch to official firmeware or is it as simple as just deleting everything and updating?

Not that simple. If you backed up your nand as soon as you injected payload then it should be quick process but if you don’t have back up the. It’ll take you longer and need many steps. Check out this video in the link.

I'm pretty sure I have a NAND backup on one of these harddrives since it was in most guides I was looking at, at the time
