Lik-sang usually sell games early, doesn't mean they are on general release.
If you can only get it in one store then it isn't really out.
If someone dumps it I'll remove it.

The secure area in these cannot be re-encrypted correctly while in all other dumps it can. 3 bytes at the beginning of the secure area seem to be incorrect that can be fixed but there appear to be more.

I can't find much evidence of either game, NCSX have BMT on 1-3 day shipping, but they are the only store that I can that has it.
Gamefaqs say the release dates are as I stated, I'll go along with you till a confirming source is found.
