Wow, I didn't realise I missed such a huge title as Ridge Racer DS (EUR).
And looked up Cocoto Kart Racer as I have never heard of it.
Added both of them and did a small update.

Dumped with SMT dumper v1.0, needs a v1.1 redump to fix the bad data error.

Ridge Racer EUR was dumped, but it was the same as the USA one.
