Gaming Undertale transfering save between two computers

Hello. So i recently got a new desktop windows 10 computer and wish to move over my Undertale save from my old laptop that has all the data I need. How do I do this in a way that when I boot up undertale on my desktop my save is there.

If it's just the Undertale save you need, google tells me it's in %userprofile%\appdata\local\Undertale. Copy the folder over to the new desktop.
