Hacking Uncompress and extract .carc

Sorry for my bad english nor if I didn't respect a rule, just let me know if anything is incorrect !

Okay so basically, I was with my brother searching for a compilation on youtube of the Wii Fit trainer's message (not really clear sorry) because we find it really fun. But unfortunately, nothing on youtube or anything else. So I tried to mess with Wii Fit U dump, trying to get those sounds.

I downloaded files from WiiU USB Helper and now I have 3 directories : code / content / meta. Nothing interesting in code / meta so I started exploring the content folder. First, I've rushed to the sound folder. I successfully get music from those .bfstm but it's not what I wanted. So i've been to the FR folder (sorry for being french haha) and found a folder named "Message". So I searched on internet how to uncompressed and access to .carc file. I've been through narctool but I always end with a .narc containing 0 file. I've also seen that .carc are compressed narc but I still don't know how to uncompress them.

So now I'm stuck and don't really know what to do. What should I do from now ? Thanks !

EDIT : I finally opened them with Wexo's Toolbox if anyone needed it !

This was finally what worked for me - Wexos's Toolbox let me view the file structure and then extract without having to screw around with converting the thing to .narc (which would end up with an incorrect file somehow with all the other tools I tried).

Start up Wexos's Toolbox, File -> Open the .carc. From there it'll show you the directory structure. Right click the root of the hierarchy and click "Extract". You're good to go from there.
