Hacking Unable to start software

So i am new to this whole switch modding thing and I am not using any pirated games but I am getting a message when i try to load up any of my downloaded games:Unable to start software. Return to the HOME Menu and try again. The only things i have are mGBA and,NXThemes installer

You need these patches to launch backups.
