Something wrong with Homebrew as its launch then got black screen.
Can you help
This is copy of sd root

Did you switch to a new SD card yet? If not it'll be the same reply over and over again. If you did, make sure that hblauncher folder has the proper payload for the system menu version you are on. This should download automatically if you are on WiFi and start up the homebrew launcher. If you are unsure, delete whatever payload is in hblauncher folder, then run the homebrew launcher again while connected to WiFi. It'll download the correct payload.

If you are on an Original 3DS and system version 11.4, there is no payload for homebrew yet. You'll have to wait.

This could be totally wrong, but have you checked to make sure that you haven't downloaded just DLC or update files? I once did this myself by accident via freeshop and it produced the exact same results I'm seeing here.

Yes, I I did updated "Home menu theme" via freeshop (either updated or DLC). How do you fixed ?

Did you say you downloaded all of the Home Menu themes? If so you need to delete them until only 100 are there. That's the max the home menu can support. But if that was the case you should've received a different error.

Sorry, how to delete?in sd card? Which folder?

I was referring to DLC or updates for the games and having possibly accidentally installed just those for said games instead of the games themselves.

Home menu DLC won't cause this issue (but will cause another if more than 100 different themes are installed) because you already have the main software for it (the home menu!).

Can anyone help to check if any files missing (might overlooked)
Luma: payloads, config.bin
payloads: start_GodMode9.bin
hblauncherloader: NEW-11-3-0-36-EUR.bin
files9: aeskeydb.bin

I just reproduced what @gold lightning described. If you're trying to start a DLC or Update title from FBI or similar title launcher (i.e. not the HOME Menu directly), you'll get the SD card error.

What title are you trying to start, and are you starting it from the HOME Menu?

You aren't missing anything per say. I'm assuming your 3DS is a New 3DS who's region is Europe? And you're on system version 11.3? Did you do either what gold_lightning described? Did you ever check your SD card per quantum_kitty's advice?

Gerbil's a nice guy as well. Super soft fur and definitely won't Rick Roll you.

payload should be in luma folder? In payload only have start_GodMod9.bin
