Unable to play Codebreaker ISO?

So I have a Codebreaker V10 .ISO file, however whenever I boot it up, it tells me "the configuration has changed" and asks me do I want to save the configuration or not.

It then freezes my entire PS3 and I have to power it off.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It happens with my 9.3 Codebreaker disk too.

I figured it out. It was the controller.

I should also note the same thing is happening with GameShark.

It's like the controller stops working and the buttons won't work to continue.
