Hacking Unable to load data error on a retail game

Hi one of my DSi's is not loading any retail games. When I stick in Mario Kart for instance, it shows up in the main menu and when I go to load it I get this error, That Mario Kart works fine on the other DSi and yes I already formatted the DSis memory and its on version 1.4.1U Any Ideas?

Oh and I didnt know where to post this, I posted this here cause I do use an Acekard 2i

If you get a error message which says "An error has occurred .." , it means you need to upgrade your acekard 2i to get it work on the DSi v1.4.1 .

when you say retail card, do you mean an ORIGINAL GAME CARTRIDGE?

if that's not recognized in your DSi then you may have a problem with the DSi itself (system restore?).

why is this in the Acekard forum anyway?
