Hacking Unable to launch Gate or RxTools

Of late I have been unable to launch Gateway wit the browser hack. Instead to booting up the Gateway menu, I get a message saying "An error has occurred", similar to when I use the Pokemon Gen hack with QR codes. The same thing happens when trying to load up RxTools.

Any idea?

Clear your browsers cookies/browser history then reinitialize (last option in browser settings) it once you do that power off your 3ds turn it back and try to load this website http://go.gateway-3ds.com/ with you red card inserted.

Didn't help, still have the same problem

Just incase get the latest gateway launcher Here and move the files again maybe they got corrupted also where did you buy your sd card from? And the biggest question what firmware are you on?

The newer launcher.dat didn't work either

I got my SD off eBay, it's possible it's fake cuz speeds are low, but it was working fine till today.I simply can't figure out what else to do.
My firmware is 8.1

The only think I can think of is trying the Omega version and if that does not work backup your sd card and check if its real by formatting it and running h2testw

It happened only after I tried using RxTools, which of course failed. Does that help?

So the gateway mode was working until you used rxtools. Did you touch any nand options by accident or injected anything using rxtools

Nope. All I did was backup emunand and backup the SD.

Then i'm at a loss I can't help you sorry. I doubt he will come but Roxas75 can you help this poor soul or anyone at all
if worse comes to worse you will need to restore from a nand backup if you have one

Or, clear history and cookies, then load one of the exploit pages, and close the browser before it loads.
Then when you go on the browser again, the exploit page will always load first

Also, what is "partially update"? Either it updates entirely or it doesn't at all.
Either way, I don't have themes, and system settings still says 8.1

just try another SD card in the side of your 3DS to rule out an SD card issue, and make sure you have the launcher.dat file on there

imho its sounds like he probably has a fake SD card, they do work fine until you hit the real size limit, which is generally around 2gb, so after setting up emunand and stuff would easly hit that limit then the card just starts overwriting stuff on it which would result in stuff being corrupted......try your stock SD card

I haven't formatted, I was hoping it didn't come to that cuz I want my Nands to be linked.

Well I've used about 16 GB of the 64 GB card... I'll try with the stock SD.

Is there absolutely any chance that trying to use RxTools was what caused the problem? Cuz that's exactly when the problem started.
