Hacking Unable to install CIA file

I'm having some difficulties installing the update file of Fire Emblem Warriors.

I get this error:

(I got the game and the update file from the same site and the game is working fine)

My FBI's version is 2.4.12 and my New 3DS' version is 11.6.0-39E

Don't know what the error is exactly as it doesn't have any obvious details, but try installing from FreeShop. It should work fine.

ive had this error as well with one 3ds, im still trying to find a fix.
