UMS on Hekate won't work

i've been trying to use hekate's usb mass storage option to transfer files without removing sd card, but also to unbrick my older switch. but for some reason it is only stuck on waiting for connection, but windows detects a sound but nothing shows up on device manager. i tried editing the nyx.ini but still no luck, i also tried different cables but no luck. but i know it is not a hardware issue since dbinstaller works, but hekate just simply won't.

Having the same problem. Have you managed to fix it?? DBI MTP is working for me at high speed. But on Hekate I cant connect on UMS, I also tried the gamepad but still its not working.

I vaguely recall there are some settings to force/disable USB3 usage.
Not all USB ports (especially on laptops) are USB3 ports.

Tried everything. disabling usb3/ using usb2 and usb3 ports, using usb3 cable and usb2 cables, i also changed the nyx.ini bmpclock to 0-3. But I still can't connect the UMS on hekate. But when using on dbi MTP, it loads just fine.
