Hacking u8tool Issue

I'm wanting to do some VC Injects using this tutorial https://sites.google.com/site/gamemockersbeta/game-hacking/wii-hacking/vc-injector and everytime I get to the Extract Everything from WAD i get this error

"Component 'FM20.DLL' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."

I can't seem to find any way to resolve the issue, better yet, does anyone have a updated VC Tutorial?
