You know, it's really kind of infuriating how this all started with "ICE" with masks on and no identification that even prove they are part of that organization started disappearing people, pulling them off the streets with no due process that every person, not just citizens, have a right to have on American soil. The people of the city do not tolerate this abuse of power, so they go protesting. Trump sends in the national guard without approval of congress or even negotiating with the California governor, escalating the situation. These troops are even thrown into the mix with no supplies, no food, etc, which should never happen in the first place for any kind of deployment, so they are going to be desperate while trying to deal with the situation. They are shooting anyone and everyone, even if they are using rubber bullets. Protestors, reporters, and even doing it at such close range that they are causing serious injury. They even used horses to trample people, including those lying on the floor unable to move.

Trump manufactured this crisis, and is using it to ultimately get to using martial law. And what's funny is that Trump specifically states that people with masks should be arrested, that they have no reason to hide like that, when his own "ICE" were doing that exact thing. And he even went to say the protestors are paid insurrectionists. I mean, how stupid can this guy be?

As much as I would like to embrace pacifism... historically speaking, a lot of peaceful protesting eventually will end in a burst of anger like this one, which is why while I don't condone it, I pretty much understand it
