Umm... well... I don't know if someone has built it. The ROM Hack that Tyranitar Tube uses is custom made. Someone would have to recreate it and create it as a .CIA file.

Like I said, you can't get CiAs here (unless they are Homebrew). You would have to find it online. There is this thing called "that ISO site" look there.

There is a reason it's known as that. We can't share the name of it here. And we can't help you get a CIA of the ROM Hack.
