Hacking Two REAL quick questions

1. Are VC WADS that are region locked for eg. Super mario bros USA region locked at a certain Hz for specific USA tvs or is it just a legal issue?

Say Im using a PAL TV with a PAL wii and use the freethewads program to unlock a USA VC WAD, will it run any differently from a Normal PAL wad?

2.I was looking to downgrade from 3.3E to 3.2U so i can install starfall.... is there much point? Does 3.3E have any "better features" then 3.2 does?


Anyone who can answer these, it would be much appreciated!

1: Eh, probably

2: You wana downgrade to 3.2E not 3.2U, E = Europe U = US, if you downgrade to U you'll just semi-brick. Anyways, there's not really any thing noticeably better in 3.3.

Yeah I guess ill just go down to 3.2E and then install starfall

Sorry to double post but Im having trouble in finding the files necessary to downgrade from 3.3E to 3.2E

I have searched but to no avail... could someone point me in the right direction
