Hacking TWLSaveLoader Help

Recently, I decided to get Pokémon Heart Gold, and I after beating the game, I downloaded the TWLSaveTool to modify the save and add different events to the game. However, whenever opening up the Tool, only the top part loads, saying "TWLSaveTool 1.1 by TuxSH". After trying to reboot, another message displays that says "An exception occurred" due to a prefetch short (kernel panic). Is there a way to fix this problem? Pic for reference down below. Also, if it helps, I updated to 11.5

A week later, it still doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, downloading it straight from Github instead of TitleDB through FBI, etc. So nobody knows about thism

Dang, after a week, I didn't realize that I said TWLSaveLoader. If the title caused any confusion, I meant TWLSaveTool, not TWLoader. I'd change the title, but I'm on mobile so I have no idea how to.
