Homebrew TWL_FIRM Top Screen in Fullscreen mode Patch possible?

Can it be achieved? Personally I don't have the need of this, but some others that I know find anoying to have the top screen cropped when playing DS games.

It's sized as the original aspect ratio so I know this is kinda pointless, but there are many that would like to have this feature enabled, or test on a bunch of games that can take some kind of advantage from this.

@Apache Thunder do you know somethiing about this?

Probably yes, but it's not worth the efforts. I don't think I will like something like this, I mean, the graphics quality will decrease.
At least we could put some bitmaps in the black bars places.

I second this too, but some friends that I helped to have Homebrew and CFW are asking this feature like if this were something that must be done, and I'm asking just out for curiousity.
