Homebrew Twilightmenu 6.8.1 whitescreen on rom loading

I think the title explains my main issue. The curious thing about my issue is that Twloader is working just fine and regular DS carts work fine. I've also tried both the nightly and release bootstraps offered in settings. Is this an uncommon issue, because I can't find much on the issue.

Edit: I'm using a New3DS with Luma 9.1

why not ask in the apps gbatemp page [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++/DSiMenu++/SRLoader - DS(i) Menu replacement i am sure if you did robz8 (the apps creator) would respond

btw you are using a old (discontinued) version

Turns out I'm the dumbest person on the planet and didn't have the launcher installed and was just directly booting it from Sudoku.
