Why has TP not dropped further in price - it's still £30 in the UK, and yet the game is 2 years old and even older on the gamecube?

Is it just out of spite cos it get's used for the exploit? I wanna pick up a cheap copy on ebay but it still goes for £20.

Just rent it or borrow it

Yeh, well I don't know anyone who's got it, and there's no shops in my town that do rental, which means I've got to sign up to some punk-ass rental website and traverse the minefield that is their terms and conditions, then wait who knows how long for them to mail it to me - it ticks me off something chronic.

I need HBC!

How about you get a modchip for your wii and download it instead? I used a downloaded Twilight Princess to hack my D2CKey chipped Wii. Best $100 I ever spent (for chip + install).

Nintendo just doesn't like to lower prices. They don't have platinum or value series.
What are you talking about.. Nintendo began that with the "Greatest Hits" series.

Well then I've never seen them here. All games are still full price. Some game stores decide to lower prices themselves, but this is never because of Nintendo itself.

We got a Blockbuster, but they only rent movies. They sell games, but don't rent.

I'm not one for modchips. Basically, I hold out of each gen of a console until a softmod comes out. Once the softmod is up I have to do it as cheap as possible. Just the tight-ass way I roll. But Twilight Princess is just so hard to come by - I only need it for five minutes - why pay £20 for five minutes? I gotta get it cheap then sell it back on ebay, try and score a profit.

I got Zelda TP as part of a 2 for £30 deal in Comet UK

Couldn't believe my luck. Now I can play backups lol

Lovely!

surely you can get Zelda second hand on ebay or from gamestation or CEX for pennys then sell it again once you have run the hack? lol

Edit// My bad, it would seem the ability to softmod has increased the value of second hand Zelda:TP dramatically LoL.

Yeah seriously, I spent £80(including shipping) to get my Wii chipped and even though I hardley use it , it was still well worth it. You will make back 100% almost or if your lucky more when you sell it, the second hand ones still go for over £20 on ebay it seems.
