Twilight Menu++ NGPDS no longer functioning

I've been having trouble with playing NGPC games through NGPDS on Twilight Menu++. It originally worked just fine, but now every time I try to load a NGPC game now, I only see the interface for a split second before the top screen turns solid red, while the bottom screen turns blue with the words "Please wait, power on", and it gets stuck like that. I have no idea why; the only thing I can think of that I did out of the ordinary was saving and loading a state in Sonic Pocket Adventure. Is there a fix for this? Perhaps a busted settings file I can delete, or should I do a clean re-install of TM++?

neo geo pocket color runs pretty well on retroarch regardless of whether your using o3ds or n3ds. so while i might not know whats going on, if you need another way to play it there you go

Having thie issue myself with certain games. Falsei has no sound, metal slug second mission glitches and the controls wont work amd then theres the sonic one too
