Homebrew TWiLight Menu++ help

So I installed TWiLight Menu++ on my 3ds xl (the latest version) and transferred my roms and save files of Pokémon White and Heartgold from my r4 card. Both games appeared to work perfectly. So I decided to play an hour of Heartgold, it saved like normal. After a couple hours I decided to boot up my game of Heartgold again but when I did I got an error. (The error in the picture attached) I literally did nothing except save over the original save file. Both rom files have been AP patched. Pokémon White still works flawlessly. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please tell me, I would really appreciate it.

Have you disabled "Update Recently Played List" (see attachment)?
Don't mind that giant "1", it's a side effect of changing the bootstrap version number, lol.

That feature is only in the nightly, as of currently.
