Hello, I was playing patners in time but I keep trapped in this room, o cant contiue the game and I reboot so many times but nothing (sorry of you dont understand, i dont talk english)

How I can redump?, I already have the last versión of twilight and bootstarp but nothing , if I can't play on my 3ds, I can export the save to another simulator? Like desmume

So you're already on TWiLight Menu++ v25.2.0 & nds-bootstrap v0.63.1?

How I can redump?

Use GodMode9 to dump the ROM from your physical copy of the game.

The save is in the "saves" folder, which is in the same location as the .nds file.
