95% brick?
I've just downgraded my o3DS from 9.6 to 9.2 without problems and I think I'll say a ~8% brick because it works for the most people and with Julien20's version nobody got a brick when he Used the Right downgrade files

What? I used the latest Julien20 sysupdater, with the proper 9.2 files for my system, N3DS, and soft-bricked. There's still clearly something broken for N3DS systems.

Yes, for n3DS user it's broken but it's like 50 Softbrick / 50 Downgrade because many people had luck with the latest version of Julien20 sysUpdater

Just FYI, an alternative to this method is to place the bricked 3ds in a microwave for the same time as the firmware version you tried to downgrade from. 10.3 needs 10 mins 18 seconds, 9.9 needs 9 mins 54 seconds etc.
