But I don't understand something, because I can build a font from TTF to BFFNT, but the FontTool.py want a bCfnt, and give me an error, using this cmd command:
FontTool.py -font 1.bffnt -output Test.cia

Now I look better, and there are changes with your version to mine, see:

So I CAN export to bcfnt...

Only on Windows:

0. DO A NAND BACKUP
1. "Acquire" the 3DS CTR SDK. Google is your friend here.
2. Use the CTR SDK to convert a Windows font to to a bcfnt font. It's in a some 'tool' folder. You can preview how the font will be if you export it as an image. Play with the values of the program and test diferents results.
3. Then use astronautlevel's Font Tool to convert the .bcfnt to a CIA
https://github.com/astronautlevel2/FontTool. See their github page for instructions.
4. Then you have to NCCH Encrypt that CIA with Decrypt9.
5. Install that CIA.
6. Reboot console.

If anything gone wrong, restore backup and ask here.
Possible to do BCFNT (or other) to TTF (Windows)?
Or convert a 3DS Font to a Windows Font?
I want take Bravely Second's font and use it as main font for the homemenu, also use it in Photoshop, so I need the ttf

Seeing as 3DS fonts are bitmaps IIRC, it wouldn't have great quality once converted. You're better off seeing if someone has remade the font by hand if you want to use it on more than just the 3DS.

I made a font CIA "pack", but I don't know if you can use mine... If you want, I will give it to you, but I really recommends to do a backup first xD

So, with all of these possibilities(change fonts, modify shutdown-screen, etc) wouldn't it be possible to make some material-ish(Android) design? The roboto font is available on the internet, we can make our own home menu themes with Google's stock wallpapers and so on.

I managed to import the font from the game "Bravely Second", but size is too small.
Possible to increase it?
There are 4 ways to achieve this.
  1. Edit Code to achieve load bigger pixel sizes
  2. Edit all scene files to use bigger pixel sizes
  3. Edit the font file and scale up the size. (Put size 2 as Size 1 instead etc.)
  4. Recreate the font manually on a bigger scale

3. Seems the easiest way. But how to do it?
In the SDK Tool, I can load my bcfnt, edit it, and save it.
But when I want increase the size, I have:

I'm making a tool based on Every File Explorers which helps us to edit the layouts or other files. For now, I added the option to show some colors in the UI. For now you still need to edit via hxD, but at least you can find where comes some colors in different layouts...

So with this, I can search that hex colors in a decompressed .bin with hxD and replace manually. I'll add the feature to get the actual offset of what color are you aditing
