You can, but honestly you're just better off installing A9LH. It's about as much time and effort now than downgrading to 9.2.

And, strictly speaking, warranty is void the moment you run any unauthorised code, A9LH or not.

The good thing about 9.2 is you can simply take out the sd card, switch the homemenu theme and the 3DS is legit again. A9lh doesn't have this advantage so i'd rather have 9.2 than it.

So ı just wanted to ask something because ı am prety new at this. I installed decrypt9 and ı want to install fbi can ı do that what are the things i need do ı need luma or something or rxtools(ı probably need that one) but can ı install rx tools?(Just asking how do i get an emunand runing)

Well Nedwill commented that old3ds or regular 3ds they are the same I think, he mentioned that for a while fasthax only works on n3ds and newer

I don't know if there is another way... all the users with this problem solved it doing the battery trick.
Try a couple more times, let the battery out of your 3ds two minutes or something and put it in again

There is a virtually zero chance of bricking as long as you follow this guide to the letter. Make backups when the guide instructs you to, and be sure not to close your N3DS while it's turned on while it's on system version 2.1.0 (after you perform the ctrtransfer but before you restore your NAND backup).

I would recommend that you read through the a guide a few times so you know exactly what to do and what's expected of you before actually getting started.

Hi, I need some help .-.
Im following the 3dsGuide and I already did this part ¨Section III - Configuring Luma3DS¨ i got a black screen (And after that the normal 3ds system menu) so I go to the next part, is ¨Section IV - Restoring the System¨ the first step says ¨Open Hourglass9 from arm9loaderhax by holding (Start) on boot¨ but my system keep on taking me to 3ds menu... Any Idea to resolve this?? Or what i'm doing wrong? (Sorry for bad english) btw old 3ds xl on 2.1.0-4U
