Yes, an unlocker. I don't know if they still work, but out of 60 themes, all have worked. You just need the content id, which psdlc can do. Not good for anything else. Themes are part of addcont.db. iirc, it doesn't contain account or user ID, so it should work for any profile. I don't know about a site with themes.
