Hacking TTDS and R4 card help

I update my Nintendo DSi to Ver 1.4.5E and now wont my TTDS or R4 card work.
I get ''An error has occurred, press and hold the power button to turn the system off''

Are the way to fix this?

DSTT and OG R4 arent compatible with 1.4.5, you either downgrade firmware or get a newer flashcart, you fucked up
