Homebrew Homebrew app Trying to Use USB Loader GX

Hello! I’ve been trying to use USB Loader GX for as long as I’ve had a modded Wii (as well as a modded Wii U,) and I keep getting the same error on both consoles. “USB Device not Initialized. Switching to Channel List Mode.”

I’m using a 32GB SanDisk SD Card, as that’s all I currently have. I’ve seen others using the same app with an SD Card, but for whatever reason, it doesn’t work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I think the message is right, there's no USB in the port.
Also, you'll not be able to play Wii games with the card slot and USB Loader GX, unless something has changed in the last updates.

I don't believe so, but I know that USB Loader GX requires an actual USB with 32GB(if you want to play it safe), formatted to FAT32(just in case if it isn't int that format already), with 32KB allocation size. USB Loader GX is not initializing the devise because it is NOT an actual USB. Its trying to find the USB, it sees the SD card, but it ingores it becuase it is trying to find the USB. You will probably need to get an actual USB for this.

with an external hard drive (strongly recommended) ==> either with a Y cable or its independent power supply

afaik, usb loader gx can only use the sd card for cube games and possibly emunand or sneek. wii games don't work without a hard drive I believe. this is on the virtual wii too. I haven't messed with the wii for a very long time, but I play the wii u almost daily. I just have cube games on my sd card. I have emunand, wii games, and neek2o on the usb drive. speaking of which, I have a friend I've been in contact with who's a beta tester for neek. he's the one who gave me the red font. anyway, he said there's been a new version in development for a while, but there's no official word on when it will be released. it will have an auto-update feature iirc.
