Hacking trying to install hermes cIOS

I'm using this guide:

It says to use ios249 but when I press A the wii freezes and the wiimote switches off. is there another ios I can use?

wrong, after restoring the trucha bug, he should install cIOS's using IOS36 not ISO15!

make sure u read to the end and REMOVE the STUBS!

then continue to install wanin's cIOS using IOS 36, and hermes cIOS (using either IOS36 or 249 if wanin;s cios is already installed)
