Hacking Trying to get save data working again

Hi,
I need help with a problem. So, I moved a working save data from my flashcard to my PC to play it on no$gba emulator. When I was finished, I moved it back to my sd to play it on my flashcard. And to my surprise when I started it up, it went to a new game screen. Oddly, I can pick up where I left off at on the emulator on my pc, but I would have to start from the beginning on my flashcard!

Is there anyway to fix this?

Does no$gba still have a compressed save function on by default? It should be in the options somewhere.

also make sure the save is named EXACTLY the same as the rom.

Yes, no$gba still have a compressed save on default. What should I change it to?

Also, I tried the link above. And when I popped it on. It said that part of my save is corrupted.
