Hacking Emulation trying to fix stretched UI when using aspect ratio patches on ppsspp

Ok so recently i was playing phantasy star portable using a 21:9 patch on ppsspp, and i was wondering if its possible to fix the stretched UI by forcing it to render at 16:9 with cheats and maintain its original position

If that's possible, it would be nice for many games, but i honestly got no idea on how to begin with.
