Hey everyone,

I am trying to save a Wii U. I used multiple days reading on this forum and other places without luck. I hope someone can give some advice on this.

Before I Started:

Turning on the console shows no output on the TV screen.
The GamePad powers on automatically but says it can't connect to the console.
I have to hold the power button for 4+ seconds to force shutdown.
Turning on the GamePad also starts the console, but again: No screen output, GamePad still says it can't connect

I managed to get a picture when following the "fixing system memory 16-0103 (failing eMMC) without solidering - using redNAND with ISFSHax"
The minimal screen appears.
It stalls at Step 6: "Rebuilding MLC" with the last line being: JUMPING TO IOS GO GO GO
The initial setup screen never appears.
NCTS partition is no longer visible in Windows.
Tried multiple SD cards.
Tried format redNAND — files copy fine, but it still doesn’t boot with that card.

Thanks in advance!

Could it be because the memory cards is larger than 32gb? One is 64gb and the other 128gb

Hm there is nothing in the logs that would indicate a eMMC problem. The setup log also looks good. But most logs only seem to be from when you ran UDPIH. Probably the crash you are experiencing doesn't cause a log to be written.
Does the console turn off with a short press of the power button if you gave it time to boot?

I tried to leave it on for multiple hours and still have to use 4 seconds+ to turn it off.

When using UDPIIH i could not see anything on the screen. I dont know if that is relevant

Does the timing of udpih matter for you? Or does UDPIH also work for you if you wait what would normally be too long?

It matters. If i wait to long it will not work

I tried changing the CR battery without it helping.

Could it be a bad bluetooth chip?
