Gaming trying to find a certain game

Hi all, first of all sorry if I posted in the wrong area. I was looking for a game however I can't remember the name of the game, but it might be easy for someone to come up with as the guy who made it locked himself in a room for a couple of months because he couldn't get it published without going through the already established companies.

Well at first when I saw this I though it was a EOF post, but since it's here I guess it's genuine

A little more details MIGHT help... can you remember what the game was about ?
What type of game style was it (FPS, Platform, puzzle etc)
Can you even remember who/what the main character was ??

Found this.
It seems to be homebrew.

That guy, seems to be that dude who came up with the "nD".

The game was called 'Bob's Game'.
