Trying to block fraps from internet

So i downloaded cracked fraps and i'm trying to block it through advance firewall but i don't see the program in the inbound list. So how do i block fraps from the internet?

Well there is usually an add program or browse option. Use it & locate the .exe of the program in the folder you installed it in.

Windows vista. Sorry for not including that.

I'm not exactly sure how well this will work with Windows Vista since I'm on 7 but if you type in "Windows Firewall" into the search bar in the Start menu, you should get an option to load a Windows Firewall program with advanced security. You'll get a Task-Scheduler-like program in which you can define Inbound and Outbound rules.
