Hacking Trouble with SD formatter

So i was formatting my micro sd card with Panasonic sd formatter which was included in retro's new DSTT LIBS
But Panasonic sd formatter didn't respond on my pc for like a hour. so i didnt have a choice so i cancelled it and now my micro sd card wont respond. If i try to format it on my laptop vista it wont start and my desktop windows xp wont even recognize it

Edit : does it come up with a face that says error when you put it into your dstt now?

Yes i think the card is empty it wont get recognized by my pc.
