I have a 32 gb sd card inserted with 30 gb free and a USB drive with over 50 gb free, I open the app in HBC it says insert disc I inserted Sonic Lost World. It says

But it seems to freeze there? Or is it doing something and just appearing to freeze? The disc is in perfect condition.
